FGX built the website for Prati Homes, a Central Florida home builder, in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Every address shows its sales status, price, square footage and spot on the map, and every model has its own gallery, floor plan and spec sheet. Interested buyers pick the home, the day and the time, and request a tour right on the site.
“Building the American Dream.”
Five desktop screens, from the home page to the tour request.
The first screen introduces Prati Homes with the line Building the American Dream and two paths: search homes or talk to the team. The language switcher and the book-a-tour button stay in the header at all times.
01 / 05Tabs separate homes that are available, coming soon, pending, sold and under construction, and filters narrow the list by area, model, bedrooms and bathrooms. The map alongside shows only the addresses left in the search.
02 / 05The Pinecrest page shows the status, city, bedrooms, bathrooms, area and garage, with the price and the tour button in a panel alongside. Right below come the home overview and the project highlights.
03 / 05A tabbed section shows the floor plan and, when the model has one, the 3D tour. Alongside: bedrooms, bathrooms and the area in square feet and square meters.
04 / 05The form asks for the home and address of interest, the day, one of the available time slots and the move-in timeline. Whoever submits it gets an automatic email reply, and the team confirms the tour details.
05 / 05On the model pages, buyers see where each home is, what it costs and what stage it's at.
Each model lists its addresses with status, city, price, a Google Maps link and buttons for construction status and contact.
Once an address is selected, four stages show where the home stands: foundation, framing, finishes and move-in ready.
A single map brings together the model's homes, with the address list alongside, the tour button and the phone number.
