2. Data we may collect
When you submit a commercial form, FGX may process your name, WhatsApp, email, company, interest and message, as well as the page URL, referrer, date and time, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid and msclkid) present in the visit. A random submission identifier supports deduplication and retry handling.
3. Purposes and legal bases
The commercial form sends the request to FGX Sales, where it may create a contact and an opportunity, and may then open WhatsApp with a prepared message. These data are used to answer the request, prepare a proposal and preserve attribution and consent evidence. Data is transmitted only after the required checkbox is accepted and the form is submitted.
4. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies support core operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies should follow the visitor’s consent choices where applicable.
5. Sharing and international processing
Data may be handled by FGX Sales/CRM, WhatsApp and providers of infrastructure, analytics, communication and productivity under contractual and security safeguards. WhatsApp is opened only after a successful or safely queued request. Some providers may process data outside Brazil under applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Records are retained only for the time required by their purpose, legal obligations and the defense of rights. FGX applies proportionate administrative and technical safeguards.
